Add initial project setup with pnpm and configure .gitignore

- Created .gitignore to exclude node_modules, build outputs, environment files, logs, and editor-specific files.
- Added pnpm-lock.yaml to manage project dependencies.
- Introduced pnpm-workspace.yaml to allow builds with esbuild.
- Updated script.js to set mesh position using a single method call, cleaning up commented-out code.
